The European Copper Plumbing Promotion Campaign (ECPPC) is a joint co-operation between the International Copper Association (representing the world's mining companies) and the copper fabricating companies in Europe. The Campaign is co-ordinated by the European Copper Institute based in Brussels and aims to promote the benefits of copper plumbing, heating and gas systems to the construction industry.

Copper tube is the standard plumbing material for potable water, gas and heating systems in most European countries, and the preferred material of the professional plumber and heating engineer.
